Celebrity N.Y.C Plastic Surgeon to the stars, Dr. Michael Fiorillo, invited Dan Caruso Media owner Dan Caruso to be his special guest at the much anticipated Red Carpet book release party for Mob Wives star Karen Gravano. The event was held at the trendy N.Y.C hotspot Greenhouse on 02.15.2012.

Dr. Fiorillo, along with some of his staff, colleagues and close friends partied the night away with the Mob Wives in celebration of this event. Due to his precision work, Dr. Fiorillo has gained much notoriety in the celeb world lately, often becoming the chosen surgeon to perform procedures on top name stars.

Karen Granvano’s book, entitled: “Mob Daughter”, was just released and is already receiving stellar reviews and is quickly gaining a big buzz in the celebrity world, especially here in good old New York City!

Attendance at this private, invite only release party included: Mob Wives Cast Members: Karen Gravano, Renee Graziano, Ramona Rizzo and Big Ang. The rest of the attendees on hand were mostly Press, VH1 Camera Crews, News & TV Affiliations and close friends and family. The fact that everybody in attendance had to sign a release (and be photographed doing so) before entering strongly suggests to us that at least a portion of the VH1 footage shot will make it to air. We’ll have to wait and see.

After a few minutes of very sincere words to the crowd, Gravano really got the party started when she and the girls took to the dance floor, setting a “dance the night away” vibe for the remainder of the night.
